We respond to calls from customers all the time who are unable to describe the exact location of an incident. Last week a customer stuck on a rural road with a flat tyre shared their what3words location so we were able to locate them quickly, get them back on the road and on with their day!
How to give a what3words location:
• Download the free what3words app.
• When you are at the location of the incident open the app and tap the arrow icon for current location.
• Read the 3 words displayed at the top of the app screen to the call operator.
If you require emergency assistance, you can also give your what3words location to 999.
